This video is designed to be watched as you are going to sleep. We start off with a gentle yoga sequence in bed (designed to be able to be done with headphones in). Then I'll guide you to settle in and get comfy for the night as I take you on a guided visualisation journey through a meadow, a forest, and then to sleep on a beach, while I give you visuals of hand movements in front of candles. To listen while using other apps, switch the player to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) during playback — it keeps playing in a small floating window (the screen stays on).
