(Hungary) Product in Vietnam 製造国はベトナム英語と日本語の字幕あり。English & Japanese subtitles available. https://i-ramen.net/blog/2025/11/25/no-7822-nissin-ramen-hungary-chinese-spiced-beef/ - - - - - ハンガリーのHungary Nissin、Nissin Ramen Chinese Spiced Beef 揚げ麺に、粉末スープと調味油が付いています麺は幅1.5mmの細い角断面で、表面はザラついており、気泡感がある軽い食感です。でもしぶとい粘りがあり、脆さや頼りなさはあまり感じません。内外の日清の袋麺として、初めて見るような繊細な麺です。スープは茶色く、軽い濁りがあります。甘みが強い醤油ベースで、牛肉の香りがあり、台湾や中国の牛肉麺を模したものでしょう。しかし五香粉のような中華風の香りが弱く、牛肉麺らしさに欠けます。またSpiced Beefと銘打ちながらも刺激は弱く、物足りないです。濃い味が付いた牛肉の塊を入れたくなります。もっと中華風の香辛料を効かせたいですが、まあ欧州市場向けの製品なので、リアルな中華風では売りにくい事情もあるのでしょう。
