Trying out a new personal attention technique with lots of personal attention triggers like spit painting, hand movements, chaotic repeating trigger words, Make-up sounds & more! I‘ve thought about doing more fast paced asmr videos instead of the super slowed down triggers because those have helped me go out of my comfort zone. I find them really tingly asm well!
