Kubo is formerly known as "Bahay Kubo" in L.A. is a casual dining spot that serves classic and traditional Filipino food "turo-turo" style. You point to what dish you want, and staff will fix a plate for you with steamed white rice or pancit or rice noodles. They have a wide variety of Filipino dishes and breakfast foods to choose from. My mom and I had the Dinuguan or Pork Blood Stew, Ginisang Upo, Paksiw na Isda, Mechado, and Pancit Bihon. Highly recommend it if you're in the area. 📍KUBO 2330 W.
