Hello everyone, how are you? In today's video, I decided to bring you an ASMR plucking session to put you to sleep or calm you down. You will have different triggers here, starting with breathing exercises, so you can get yourself into a rhythm that makes you feel more relaxed. You will also have lots of hand plucking movements, Jellyfish hand movements, hand sounds, mouth sounds, whispers, and all this to remove bad thoughts, negativity, anxiety, and insomnia. The main thing in this video is the visual trigger, like the hand movements close to the camera. The dark background is here to help you relax as well. Anyway, I hope I managed to take good care of you and that you have a great night's sleep (or that you are calmer) 💜 Take care. See ya!
