Hi guys! This is another cozy guided nap video, starting with getting you ready to sleep, a long middle section of background asmr, and then a gentle wake up! I think it could also be used as a 25 minute guided study/work session (if you don't fall asleep hehe) Triggers include tapping, inaudible and unintelligible whispers, fabric scratching, lotion sounds, lipstick/lip gloss sounds, mouth sounds, mic brushing, sticky and tacky sounds, facial ice globes, and more! It transitions from soft-spoken to inaudible whispers/no talking and then I gently wake you up with more soft-spoken. I felt like this was a good way to gently wake you up haha (Just FYI, the actual "nap" section is around 25 minutes, unless you're one of the lucky people who can fall asleep very quickly. 😝) 😴 Timestamps 😴 Intro & Getting Ready to Nap: 0:00 Background ASMR: 6:34 Gentle Wakeup: 30:30 Affirmations & Outro: 32:12 Until next time! 🌱Socials🌱 • Twitter: @lavenderasmr • Twitch: / sarah_lavender • Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/5rvXI... • Apple Music: / sarah-lavender-asmr • Art Insta: @sarah.creating • Business Inquiries: [email protected] ☀️Support☀️ • Monthly exclusive videos & thank-you notes on my Patreon💕: / sarahlavenderasmr • Channel Wishlist: https://thronegifts.com/u/sarahlavender • Ko-fi☕️: https://ko-fi.com/sarahlavenderasmr
To listen while using other apps, switch the player to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) during playback — it keeps playing in a small floating window (the screen stays on).
To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
