Hi Everyone I know some of you like to hear more off the mic triggers so I have a new scratchy sponge to try out with the traditional yellow sponges. We've got a mix of nails on sponges and sponges on sponges and I keep changing it up throughout the video to keep you on your toes. This video seriously killed my shoulders so the original edit was a bit short so I've repeated my favourite parts at the end, my favourites start at 13:52.
