Sometimes, when we're anxious, we have to remind ourselves to breathe. With these ASMR breathing exercises, including the Dr. Weil 4 7 8, Lion's Breath and others, I will guide you through controlling your breath and expelling your anxiety. I find these breathing exercises have really helped when my anxiety gets bad and I hope they'll help you, too! I'm working on practicing at least one of these exercises every day to manage my anxiety. The more we practice, the more it becomes a habit, and the better we become at controlling our physical and mental response to stress. Reading advice from Dr. Weil has helped me to understand myself better and I really love the 4 7 8 technique. Hope you do, too! Love, Sofía If you liked this video, please subscribe!
