Hi! Thanks for joining me again today ❤️ This time we'll do some sleepy rhythmic alternating fast and slow hand movement triggers. I find that zoning out and following had movements can be an amazing way to calm down, relax and lull yourself to sleep. Use this as an anxiety aid, focus aid, or for calming and slow breathing. I find myself almost hypnotized watching these movements, what do you think? Let me know what you all would like to see next ❤️
