Welcome to another (long overdue) episode of the Let's Talk vlog series where I discuss Ego in regards to Egotism, Egoism and Carl Jung's Ego in Jungian Psychology. This topic was something suggested by a viewer and is presented in a soft-spoken format in order to help people relax, sleep and possibly induce ASMR. Next episode we will be talking about Anger / Anger Management, (I promise it won't be a month from now). Feel free to suggest a topic for a future installment either in the comments below or in a personal message! Thanks for watching and for your support! E.R. Why am I whispering? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention. My videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to relieve their anxiety relief, stress relief, insomnia relief, to help those suffering with PTSD or depression, to serve as a study aid and much more. To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
