Hi beautiful human. I hope your month has started in the best possible way. This is an ASMR Reiki style video with the intention to be comforting, to balance our root chakra and to help ground ourselves in our bodies and our physical experience here and now. The video is both whispered and soft spoken and as usual it contains a lot of hypnotic hand movements and my breathing sounds.
