🌟 Rosen Method Bodywork—Examining Your Body for Tension ✨ ASMR Soft Spoken Personal Attention RP

Somatic techniques, breathwork, & the power of gentle touch combine to form the Rosen Method style of bodywork. Rosen Method looks like a massage, but it's more akin to a Therapeutic Touch or Healing Touch session. I liken it to a "physical form of psychoanalysis." The aim is to make the body aware of its tension, its "holding"; and give it the space to open up itself. Thanks to madinarose4757 for suggesting this a few months ago when I asked for ideas! It consists of a body reading and the actual treatment, which involves examining you by touch for tension throughout the body and assessing the full extent of which it is present and allowing the person receiving the treatment to know it is there while being supported with that touch. No music version:    • (NO MUSIC) Rosen Method Bodywork—Examining...   The history of the founder, Marion Rosen, is quite interesting—she was born in 1914 into a Jewish family in Germany, fled to Sweden and came to the US, worked in physical therapy, was acquainted with students of Carl Jung.
