hello again! it's Hannah from ASMR LikeASandbox. this is my second video and it's one of my favorite things...tapping and scratching on books! I LOVE the sound that paper makes. and I thought I'd throw in a bit of a breathing meditation, because why not. I find myself doing breathing meditations multiple times most days to feel grounded, to calm my body, and to focus on the present.
