Pranayama, or breath work, is the most under-rated and under-utilized mental health tool at our disposal. Today we will learn about the importance of the breath and how working with it can help us re-connect with our bodies, quiet an overactive mind and calm the nervous system. I will guide you through a couple of simple breath techniques that you can use anytime and anywhere.
