Welcome back! ^_^ I've been eating a lot of kale lately (trying to improve my diet and all that ) and really enjoyed the sound it makes when prepping it for a salad. No food was wasted in creating this video ;) I ended up adding lemon pepper chicken, feta, dried cranberries, pecans, red onion, red wine vinegar, and olive oil :D Let me know your favorite salad combo! While watching this video, don't forget to take some time to check in with yourself. Check in with your body for any discomfort that needs to be addressed.
