A quick video tutorial for making Kermit Hoover's Famous Biscuits, plus iced tea (my way). Kermit Hoover's Famous Biscuits: 2 Heaping Tbsp Country Crock Margarine 1 Cup Southern Biscuit Self-Rising Flower (unsifted) 1/2 Cup Buttermilk Water as needed in 9-inch pie pan, melt 1 tbsp. Country Crock on low heat. In medium bowl, mix together flour, buttermilk, 1 heaping tbsp. Country Crock, and water as needed to make thin batter. A few lumps are OK. Spoon out into pie pan in biscuit-sized globs. It will run together. Set in cold oven. Turn temperature up to 500-550 degrees Farenheit. Bake about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
