The clone wars cartoon had evil characters like ventress, Savage Opress, Darth Maul and General Grievous. They were all bad ass, then they had the counter of good guys, many Jedi, and the way the jedi would fight with the clones. So many storylines and characters, it felt they were free to create some great episode without the worry about "Movie Reviews" and i really enjoyed. I think Season 3,4,5 had some of my fav stuff, it got real dark for a time and i didnt think it was suitable for young kids.
