Hey, guys! In this video, I will be softly speaking some facts about stress to you, with a little bit of candid, ad lib commentary here and there. Throughout the video, I was fiddling with some crinkling fabric (an old pair of shorts, to be specific), and I think it provides a nice, warm, soothing background noise - I hope you do, too! I also pop a hard mint in my mouth around minute 23, when I am switching from one set of stress facts to another. Some of you have been asking me to do videos with hard candies or gum, so I figured I would start by making this video half-and-half. I am not a huge fan of eating noises, myself, but I think this is subtle and still something that most people can listen to and stay relaxed through, despite their preferences regarding that category. warm listening! love, elo ** Instagram: @elo_asmr - / elo_asmr Twitter: @eloASMR - / eloasmr Patreon: elo ASMR - https://www.patreon.com/user?u=10766916 PayPal Donations (any payment form): https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr... To listen while using other apps, switch the player to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) during playback — it keeps playing in a small floating window (the screen stays on).
To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
