Hey guys. I wanted to share this information with you about Derealization/depersonalization disorder because I know there's a lot of people struggling with this. I've suffered from DPDR for 12 years and I finally found a way to recover. I discovered my symptoms were mainly caused by my vision and could reduce the symptoms significantly with eye exercises. I hope this will work on some of you too. These exercises should be done mostly moving the q-tip/pen very slowly. You wanna follow the point without having the "frame" jumping. I did this 2 min per eye with the different exercises. You don't necessarily have to do these specific movements as long as you practice following the point slowly with your eyes. Good luck! When you seek treatment for the symptoms of this condition you are usually sent to a mental health professional when in some cases it's more related to your vision. Someone who specializes in binocular vision dysfunction (BVD) might help you with this.
