I wasn't that happy with the sound of the cotton balls on the ears directly so I turned it into a soundscape according to my own taste. It heavily features sounds from the warmer, which I personally love as I love my sounds to be a bit louder than vocals. It may not do it for you and I'm sorry if that's the case.
