ASMR Relaxing Your Entire Body | Guided Relaxation, Deep Breathing, Soft Speaking with Music

Welcome back to the Caelum Wellness Retreat, for a looooong full body relaxation treatment. I was somewhat inspired by reiki treatments for this, without the reiki part. It's got some progressive relaxation elements, a lot of deep breathing elements, some meditation vibes, soft ebbing music, just all in all a nice little something to hopefully help you relax and/or fall asleep. This is one of the chillest vids I ever made, it took me so long to edit because I kept zoning out while working on it. If it zens me tf out, I'm sure hoping it zens you tf out. It's also the first video that I really tried to do what I call a “cineshot” which is like those cinematic scene-building intros like Latte ASMR does, with setting up the area and making it all cozy. It was simple, but I really liked it. I may add more of those as I get better with my camera! Background music is “The Sleeping Prophet” by Jesse Gallagher, used from YouTube's audio library.
