I wanted to be honest about my struggles & create conversation around how we can help support one another. Some suggestions around how to help stress & anxiety are: 💚 Write down 5 things you're thankful for everyday, no matter how small! 💚 Diaphragmatic breathing, so many benefits, please have a read online! 💚 Aromatherapy oils, Frankincense & Clary Sage are my favs! 💚 Take a bath, carve out some time just for you every night to unwind.
