How do you tell someone about ASMR?

Something happened to me a few hours ago..my friend and I someone ended up talking about maria's videos. Unfortunately she was kind of creeped out by it... D: How would you guys handle the situation? I really don't know what to do...I'm so scared that one day someone I know is going to find my videos...
Want to keep listening with the screen off?
