The reason I wanted to make this video is that a few days ago, I had planned to film something completely different, but ended up not filming at all due to an anxiety attack that lasted for hours. Once it had passed, I knew exactly what I wanted to do next on this channel. I’ve made this video in a way that I personally would like to be soothed, and use affirmations and words that I feel would help my anxiety attack. I know not everything works for everyone, and that we are all different, but I hope this can bring relief at least for someone who’s struggling. If I can help even one person, I feel like I’ve won. Thank you for the support, you rock. 🤍🫶🏻 💌: [email protected] Don’t stay alone with your thoughts. ❤️🩹 note: Omg guys ignore the nasty hairbrush I didn’t realize it was that gross 🫣 Also the audio gets a bit quiet at one point, I don’t know why, apologies. #asmr #anxietyrelief #relaxation #breathing #calming #soothing
To listen while using other apps, switch the player to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) during playback — it keeps playing in a small floating window (the screen stays on).
To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
