Charlotte, Wander On Book Reading for ASMR & Relaxation. This is a childrens book with great illustrations. There is always a message in every story and each person that reads or listens for interpret it in there own way. This video was recorded with 4 microphones to capture all the sounds in pristine quality, i was very happy with the audio recording and spent substantial time just making sure each turn of the pages blended with the narrative of the story to create a nice blend of sounds for you relaxation. I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing? That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience. I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find you trigger, common triggers will often be related to one person focusing on you or another person and watching this person focus or give them attention will trigger it. Triggers: Watching massage ** Baba Worlds Greatest Head Massage ** Watching a person focus and describe something there passionate about ** Bob Ross deep voice talking about painting, scraping sounds, brushing sounds. The forefather of ASMR ** Whispering ** Maria GentleWhispering the Queen of ASMR ** Listening to someones voice & the way the talk Soft spoken voices & certain accents Hand Movements Watching Someone Focus on a task Personal Attention - like a hair cut Any type of Role Play the best ones are ones that involve personal attention to you, examinations, face brushing ect Watching someone draw or paint Sounds : Crinkle, Tapping, Scratching & multi layering of different sounds together Almost anything can be a "trigger' for a persons ASMR everybody is different, you just have to find yours. As with all my video, my intentions is always to provide you a little home away from home, where you can kick back relax and always find a new and unique experience as i guide you with sights & sound to a relaxing location where my objective is to let you feel gentle waves of relaxation & ASMR until you close your eye to fall into a peaceful sleep.
