Hello everyone, in this video I attempt to walk through how I guide myself into falling asleep on a more difficult to sleep night. I talk about melatonin which I have been using for 5+ years and can safely say it affectively works for me. However, it is not a guarantee for everyone! I would give it a shot if you have not! I also guide you into telling your muscles to relax and getting your body suited for falling asleep. I end it off with a visual guide with ways to calm your mind, relieving stress and worry. I hope that what I use can help you too because we all know the feeling of laying in been continually checking the clock as it gets later and later. Also, my hair is wet in this video lol I just got out of the shower! I know its a little weird to see it wet, but I think its funny to see it gradually dry throughout the video. Anyways... I hope you can catch some zzz's and lots of love, Amanda.
