This week has been intense and there's more to come! And I must admit, today I'm exhausted and, most likely, late here 🤣 (edit: confirmed, there's 2 minutes left until our time and I'm still here hahaha) This morning I recorded in my room the video that was supposed to come out today (which isn't this one). But, once again, the audio was the problem. The noise of the air conditioning of the brellysister 2 was the main villain of what would have been a very good video, but I think my audio processing skills weren't enough to make it acceptable (I'll try to study it more calmly another time). Today's video, for example, you can hear a lot of noise in the background, which may only bother the most sensitive and demanding, but for me, it was ok. (I hope that one day this subject will no longer be a constant topic here) Well, today's reading was supposed to be a bonus video on Sunday, and thank goodness I had it to save the day! Even though I think Sundays are more like ASMR reading days than Thursdays. (Watch it on Sunday too if you agree with me 😃). Oh, the name of the book is “No Final Nada Acontece” and you can find more of it in this playlist here: 📖 • asmr leitura I thought it was so cute that I only noticed the special appearance of a shy guy in the first few minutes of the video, when I was editing it. I confess that this scene, as silly as it is, made me happy and I even smiled a little. I've been wanting to bring back the readings for a while, even if they appeared during other videos, I know that most people prefer one dedicated just for that. (And forgive me for my slightly broken voice, that day I had reached my talking quota, you know? Hehe). But I'm here hoping that you like it! 🥳 The end of the month is always hectic for me, especially now with more job opportunities coming up. So, I ended up having a hard time yesterday... I had that awful feeling of "oh my gosh, I'm not going to be able to do it" along with a tightness in my chest and sweaty hands (oh, look at her there! You know who I'm talking about...) and everything seems much bigger than it really is, you know? But I managed to get around it in a few hours and everything was fine (I swear!), so much so that I was able to record calmly afterwards, which actually helped a lot 💜 I'm fine, my friends, I'm not working too hard, I'm not crazy taking on a thousand jobs, but there are days that feel like nights. And that's when that voice comes to whisper in our ear "your tiredness is real, and so is your dedication. Allow yourself to rest when you can." In my case, "when you can" is now, at this very moment. The world out there can wait a little :) kisses from bre 💋 ✨114.175✨ from my heart to yours, I wish your dreams come true 💜 b. 00:00 with rain sound 16:16 with fireplace sound 32:32 voice + white noise ✧ c o n t a t e : 💌 [email protected] ▸ but what is ASMR? ASMR is the acronym for “Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”. you know that pleasant sensation or tingling that is normally felt on the scalp caused by some stimulus such as, for example, when hearing a soft voice, the sound of rain, watching slow (or fast) movements with the hands, when someone is drawing something and you feel extremely relaxed? that's asmr! ⚠️ But it is important to remember that this “therapy” is not a substitute for specialized monitoring. ⚠️ This technique should be avoided by those who suffer from misophonia or similar problems, in which sounds such as chewing, swallowing or whispering cause increased agitation and anxiety.

To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
