Hopefully you are all doing well :) This video is all about soothing your mind and grounding you into your body so you can find some peace and relaxation. I use techniques I learned through watching other artists as well as some tools I learned in therapy for anxiety including plucking, visual brushing, body relaxation and guided visualization. Enjoy!
