Those who are said to be dead live longer, or how I'm dragging my New Year's resolutions into February. We shot the video about two weeks ago, and unfortunately, an ankle injury has made some things quite difficult. Long walks, yoga challenges, or cleaning sprees are still out of the question, and after such a long period of sick leave (similar to the lockdowns), I find it difficult to maintain daily motivation. But that's precisely why it's important to set goals for yourself. At least with the languages, it definitely worked very well. For those unfamiliar with it, a bullet journal is a way to create your own planner. The possibilities are endless, which sometimes overwhelms me a bit, which is why I'm using a relatively simple version here. The good thing is that each month can look a little different, depending on what you need or what proves useful. Have you made any New Year's resolutions? How are you doing with them after one month? *** Audio versions are available on various podcast platforms.
