In this edition of, "Now That's What I Call Woo!", we have Breema. Of Kurdish origin, Breema feels like a mix of Thai Massage and tai chi. There are two main parts: the bodywork and the exercises. This video features both parts, plus a little meditation that one of the founders of the Breema Center, Jon Schreiber, uses before demonstrating the Self Breema exercises. Edit: This video is now on Spotify and other major audio distributors! On Spotify, you can find it here: (https://open.spotify.com/album/2ggbe1.... Other places with my content include Adaptr, Apple Music, KKBox, Napster, Saavn, Sound Exchange, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, MediaNet, Pretzel, 7digital, Twitch, AMI Entertainment, Boomplay, Claro Música, Melon Plus, Qobuz, Shazam, Deezer, Jaxsta, Peloton, Resso, Ayoba, and Tidal! There is going to be hella awkwardness and a lot of cuts for my movement, I apologize. I went full on for this video, which meant climbing around and rolling on the floor. My body isn't strong enough to pull myself from the floor without a lot of strain, so the standing parts and trying to get from side to side—it was a whole entire thing LOL. Breema is 📢 PSEUDOSCIENCE 📢 From Wikipedia: "Pseudoscience consists of statements, beliefs, or practices that claim to be both scientific and factual but are incompatible with the scientific method." This video is only intended for relaxation purposes, and I'm just an actor on the Internet. 🚩 NOTE! The man who learned Breema from his great-grandfather and then taught it to Jon Schreiber had his name spelled two different ways in Jon's books. One book said it was 'Malichek Moosan,' and while the other had, 'Malouchek Mooshan'. The latter was written by the actual guy, so I went with that one, but I couldn't find a good pronunciation guide for either name. To listen while using other apps, switch the player to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) during playback — it keeps playing in a small floating window (the screen stays on).
To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
