Hello everyone! For today's ASMR video, I wanted to combine different relaxing techniques. The first one is the deep, almost inaudible sometimes, voice. The second one is sharpening pencils, which makes some relaxing sounds, perfect when you study. The third one is drawing simple shapes. What I've noticed is that if you draw without really thinking about what you are actually drawing, your brain actually starts to concentrate on the lines slowly appearing on the paper. The benefits of this is that it allows you to empty your mind for the time you draw and can bring you a few relaxing minutes of peace. So, you might try to take a pencil and a piece of paper and draw with me. You don't need to draw like me even though you might want to start with a circle. Why? Just because drawing circles is the most relaxing thing in the world!
