Hi Friends! I recently got my Reiki I Certificate to be able to provide real reiki. Tinglewise, it will be similar to ASMR-reiki, but with less hand movements and snipping. I have yet to take on Reiki II (for somewhere next year, once I fully master Reiki I). The hand movements can help but are certainly not necessary and don't provide 'better' reiki, but the use also depends on the energy from a person specifically. For ASMR-purposes, I will introduce more hand movements once I am more advanced with the whole reiki process. _____________________ SUPPORT ME! ⬤ My Paypal Tip Jar: *http://bit.ly/Paypal-donation-to-SeSo * (if you’re feeling generous...) _____________________ Instagram: / sensorybysophie Spotify: Sensory by Sophie Patreon: / sensorybysophie _____________________ A little disclosure… I am not a real doctor, nor do I claim to be.
