Sashimi（Tuna fish, Salmon） Small Fish（Shisyamo smelt） Beer（KIRIN Tanrei） Sour（KIRIN Hyoketsu Lemon Sugar-Free） Hello. I bought Shisyamo smelts in the supermarket. We can get fish with head easily in Japan. （even not small fish.） But my friend who live in America said, the fish with head is not looks delicious.
