For today, I decided to make a video to talk about depression, the symptoms, and the effects on the body, the mind and the everyday life. I also talk about axiety disorder, derealization, depersonalization, mental distress, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders, psychotherapy etc... I prepared this video, but this subject really touches me as you can imagine. Depression is my daily life, and this, for more than 10 years. I share my life with it, so please, excuse my way of talking and searching my words, as well as the formulation of my phrases a little awkward sometimes. Depression and anxiety disorder are common mental health problems. In the world, more than 300 millions people suffer of depression, main cause of disability. More than 260 millions have anxiety disroders. A lot have both. Mental health at work is the theme of the World Mental Health Day 2017. This is marked every year on October, 10th with the general aim to raise awareness of mental disorders et mobilize efforts contributing make it better.
