Blue light?!?!?! I already know what you're thinking: "PJ even you said blue light is bad for sleep". Silencio you soggy little muffin crate. That was a long time ago ~ as we mature so too does our science mature with us. We were wrong (well not totally right) and it does make sense, twilight (blue light) mimics the night, warm orange light mimics the day. Turns out what really matters is the brightness. So, I'm playing around with it; a darker blue-tinted video. For those who stare at their phone for sleep and those who don't but leave the screen on with audio playing. I'm not saying all my videos will have this direction now, but for more intricate visual-oriented asmr you'll probably see more of it! We do be learnin' doe, I encourage you to read up and let me know any cool new info you find. Linked below is the source. https://www.cell.com/current-biology/...
To listen while using other apps, switch the player to Picture-in-Picture (PiP) during playback — it keeps playing in a small floating window (the screen stays on).
To listen with the screen fully off, in-browser playback stops by YouTube's design. Open the video in the YouTube app to keep listening where background playback is supported (e.g. with YouTube Premium).
