Its 1998 in Raccoon city. You find yourself in deep trouble, as you try escaping from these zombie-like monster-dogs, up northwest within the depths of Raccoon Forest, famous for the location of the Spencer Mansion. You trip and land on the forest floor, surrounded by the countless zombie-dogs. Before passing out, you hear propellers and gunshots, distracting and leading the monsters away. With a lucky escape, you somehow end up in a derelict shed, being cared for by someone, you've never met before. Who is she? And does she have answers to what on Earth going on!?
