It manifests itself in countless ways for each individual, but the vast majority feel chills in the back and head, tingling in the spine and legs, and even a very intense lassitude, inducing drowsiness and making the person sleep. It can also control anxiety, reduce stress, calm people with depression, pregnant women, the sick, children, and anyone else susceptible to this wonderful phenomenon! But it's worth noting that not everyone can experience it! So, we can experience adverse reactions, such as irritability and nervousness. But it all varies greatly! You don't have to feel ASMR with all triggers; sometimes you only have one or two that give you goosebumps, others irritate you, and so on!
