It manifests in numerous ways in each individual, but the vast majority feel many shivers down their back and head, that tingling sensation in the spine and legs, and even a very intense weakness, inducing sleep and making the person fall asleep. It can also control anxiety, reduce stress, calm people with depression, pregnant women, the sick, children, and anyone else susceptible to this wonderful phenomenon! But it's worth noting that not everyone can feel it! So, we can have adverse reactions, such as irritability and nervousness. But everything varies greatly! You don't need to feel ASMR with all triggers; sometimes you only have one or two that give you shivers, others irritate you, and so on! ========================================================
