(The meditation itself starts at 4:12) Hai family ❤️ Sooo, recently I started meditating more often & honestly have found it so helpful for improving my mental state :) I’ve found that when we take the time to really awaken gratitude in us for the things that we already have, we realise how much abundance there is in the basic day to day things of life. I think especially now, during these times, gratitude and trying to really tune in to the present moment is something that can help us a lot to shift our perspective and feel happier despite challenging circumstances. To find joy in the beautiful little wonders of life that are all around us, that we so often take for granted.
