On the ASMR menu today: Christmas dinner leftovers! My partner’s father is part Chilean so we follow the South American tradition of sitting down to a fancy dinner on Christmas Eve, rather than doing the big lunch/dinner thing on Christmas day. Christmas day in our world is for relaxing, spending time with family and eating leftovers! (Although, this year it was just the two of us — no family.) Our yummy Christmas Eve vegan feast (recipes linked below) included: Lentil loaf with BBQ maple glaze Mashed potato Gravy Cranberry sauce (store-bought) Roast veggies (sweet potato, capsicum, broccoli, red onion, garlic roasted in oil, salt & fresh thyme) Stuffing Fresh lettuce For dessert, we had the chocolate self-saucing pudding that was in yesterday’s video, and we snacked on lots of treats like nuts, chips and chocolate throughout the day. As always, thank you for watching ❤️ Loaf: http://www.simple-veganista.com/2012/... Mash: https://minimalistbaker.com/the-best-... Gravy: https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/v...
