@KristaASMR featured in her March favorites video a book on sobriety and living life without alcohol. Though I didn't mention alcohol/substances in this video, smoking 🍃 was the thing I struggled with doing too freaking much of and began relying on it when I was feeling any uncomfortable emotion. I also thought I needed it to go to sleep every night. For example, exercising has helped me get sleep. Replacing one habit with another healthier habit has worked nicely for me. In this video I do talk more about medications for mental health struggles, and I support it if it works for you, but if you are still unhappy with your life while you are medicated, I suggest looking within to get to the core of the things you actually want to change about yourself and your life in order to feel happier. 0:00 Intro 2:30 ramble: mental health/meds/current state 10:10 listing things that make me happy If you'd like to support me & my channel/art, feel free to check out my Patreon 🖤 / madsasmrhaven
