Hello Love, I hope this letter finds you well. Today I'm writing to you to show you how I make homemade boba tea. The refrigerator and the neighbors offered some fan-like white noise while we cook, and the sounds of the water boiling, rolling the dough, and stirring up the drink offer some tingles to help you relax and fall asleep. If you'd like to try the recipe I used, here is a list of the ingredients I didn't measure with the heart: Boba Pearls - 1/4 cup boiling water, 5 tbsp muscovado (or dark brown) sugar, and 3/4 cup tapioca starch (this honestly turned out to be a bit too much, so I'd recommend a bit less and adding more as needed) Matcha Green Tea - 1/4 cup boiling water, 1 tsp of matcha powder Until I write to you again; anytime you rest, rest well. Love, Lori Jo P.S. Thank you to my patrons, Tee and Feisty_Acheivement. Your support helps this channel move forward.
