*字幕をONにしていただくとテロップが流れます💬 リクエストいただいていた揚げ出し豆腐を唐揚げと一緒に食べました😋 揚げ出し豆腐そんなに食べる機会がなかったのですが、いざ作って食べてみると美味しくてびっくり。 このカリッぷしゅージュワ~みたいなイレギュラーな食感! でもカリッと感は唐揚げよりもはるかに急激に失われていくのが儚いです。 少しでも食感を残したくてタレを後がけにしたのですが、よく考えたら大根おろし乗せてる時点でお察し。 最初から全部にタレかけてた方が見栄えよかったかなと思いつつ、揚げ出し豆腐の撮影4回目なのでこの辺で出させていただきました。爆 唐揚げの衣はいまだにこれ!というのが決まっていません。 今回は醤油しっかりめ、下味付ける時にごま油も揉みこみ、揚げる前に小麦粉を少々揉みこんで、片栗粉をはたいて揚げました! 外はサクッ、中はジューシーを体現できたと思います🍗 リクエストありがとうございました✨ This time, I made the requested Deep-Fried Tofu and served it with Fried Chicken😋 I have never had a chance to eat agedashi-dofu that often, but when I made it and tried it, I was surprised at how delicious it was. I think it is because of this irregular texture like crispy pudding. The crispiness is fleeting, as time goes by, the crispiness is lost much more rapidly than with Fried Chicken. I put the sauce on afterwards to preserve some of the texture, but if you think about it, the texture is already lost when you put grated daikon on top. I thought it would have looked better if I had put sauce on everything from the beginning, but since this was the fourth time I had photographed deep-fried tofu, I had to leave it at that🤣 I still haven't found a recipe for Fried Chicken that I am confident of. This time, I used soy sauce and sesame oil, rubbed a little flour on it before frying, and then sprinkled potato starch on it.
