Crock pot chicken & rice recipe: www.eatingonadime.com/crock-pot-chicken-and-rice-recipe Lemonade Cake: 1 small can lemonade concenrate 3/4 cup of sugar 1 (18.25 oz) package of lemon cake mix 1 (4 oz) package of instant lemon pudding mix 3/4 cup of water 3/4 cup of vegetable oil 4 eggs Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a tube or Bundt pan. Mix lemonade concentrate and sugar in a small bowl and let stand while preparing cake. Add all other ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes with an electric mixer. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in hot oven for 50 minutes. A toothpick inserted into middle of cake should come out clean when cake is done. Remove cake from oven when done and immediately pour lemonade mixture over top. Let cake stand in pan until mixture is absorbed, or overnight. Invert cake onto a large cake plate. Serve with fresh blueberries and fresh whipped cream.
