I calmly pull negative energy away from your aura through slow hand movements around your head, just at the periphery of your vision. Then, I continue to remove your negative energy, slowly plucking them away with my fingers. Lastly, I transfer some positive healing energy back to you through my palms (close face touching). The pace of my personal attention is slow and calm throughout, and I incorporate some "shh" shushing and deep breathing to maintain the serene mood.
