I will perform an eye exam with lots of peripheral vision tests, light triggers. I will take care of her 5 senses by examining her taste, smell, hearing, perform a whisper test, use a tuning fork and and do a super detailed full body sensation exam. I will not forget her about her feet either. I will check her babinski reflexes.
