Today's ASMR video is a chicken mukbang after a long time! BHC recently launched a new menu item, and it looked super crispy, so I decided to try it! I bought everything with my own money, and I also got the Bburingkle cheeseballs and Chiros. It's been a really long time since I've filmed a pure eating ASMR without any homemade content. I set up a whole combo meal, but I didn’t expect I would eat this much. It definitely feels like my eating capacity has increased compared to before. I truly hope this will be my last "eat freely" video before my diet ends… I'll try my best... but will it be possible? (Of course, eating a reasonable amount — not overeating — is always possible even during a diet!) I hope today’s video makes you feel good too. Sleep well, have sweet dreams, and have a wonderful day everyone! Personal Story: I briefly mentioned this in the subtitles, but my body fat percentage once went up to 39%. Originally, I maintained around 33% (and had never seen under 30% on an InBody scan — except when I was dieting). At that time, I had really poor thyroid function. It was so bad that the hospital called me urgently after seeing my test results — the values were off the measurable scale! Thankfully, after taking medication, my thyroid levels normalized, and I'm still on medication. I gained a lot of weight during that period, which caused my body fat to shoot up. After being shocked by the results, I started dieting and working out seriously. Since then, I have consistently kept up my workouts! My weight returned to normal, but now, even at the same weight, my body fat is much lower — around the high 20% to low 30% range — meaning I've gained a lot of muscle. I've been yo-yoing between dieting and eating again, but now I really want to succeed. I want to finally see an average body fat percentage for women. Thank you for watching until the end!
