Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate a Japanese dish called Kushikatsu. Kushikatsu is meat, fish, or vegetables coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried. It’s usually eaten with a special sauce, but depending on the type, it can also be enjoyed with soy sauce, salt, or on its own. My favorites are cheese, quail eggs, and lotus root. I didn’t eat it today, but mochi is also delicious. Please enjoy the video to the end!
