Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate ICHIRAN RAMEN. ICHIRAN is a very popular ramen chain in Japan. Recently, I found ICHIRAN instant noodles and decided to buy them. The soup was very authentic and tasted amazing, it didn't taste like instant noodles at all.
