Accepting uncertainty/cutting out compulsions/responding with "maybe, mabye not" and "I don't know" type statements 2. getting comfortable being uncomfortable, allowing youself to feel the anxiety and let it be there at any time and any place 3. do not avoid anything 4. do exposures to trigger your obsessions 5. live a relatively healthy lifestyle These are the main things that have helped me and I hope that some of it could possibly help you too!
